Anna-Maria Teperi from our project partner Työterveyslaitos – FIOH shared recent results from the work in SARAH upon invitation of University of Jyväskylä Matemaattis-luonnontieteellinen tiedekunta | Faculty of Mathematics and Science. Highly Interesting questions were asked, e.g related to how measure psychological safety or feelings at the workplace, how to address national / ethnical cultures at work, how important it is to commit all org levels to the HF implementation.
